About the Role

Envirotech Services is seeking a dedicated, team-oriented Manufacturing / Assembly Technician to join our operations. We pride ourselves on maintaining a strong safety culture, collaborative team environments, and high-quality product delivery for our clients across the Oilsands Region.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely to perform hands-on manufacturing and assembly tasks.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Meet daily assembly and production volume targets while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections, utilize precision measuring tools (such as calipers), and accurately log parameters on prescribed quality forms.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for material movement when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in accordance with safety standards.
- Complete other operational and shop support duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly,



or industrial production setting.
- Proven proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment.
- Solid understanding of foundational quality control principles and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.
- Reliable team player with clear communication and a proactive attitude toward safety.

Preferred Assets

- Valid Forklift Operator certification or demonstrated operating experience.
- Practical hands-on experience using vernier or digital calipers for fine-tolerance measurements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
