Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, including SEO optimization, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google AdWords, ensuring maximum ROI through targeted audience segmentation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Oversee content creation using Adobe Creative Suite tools for promotional materials, website updates, and social media posts.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other data sources to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.




- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website using HTML skills to ensure content accuracy and optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with product management teams to develop marketing plans that highlight product features and advantages effectively while managing budgets for advertising spend.

Experience

- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on e-commerce platforms or online retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Familiarity with WordPress website management and basic HTML coding for website updates.
- Demonstrated ability to research market trends and utilize analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and executing email marketing campaigns effectively.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-moving workplace.
- Must have a minimum 5 years experience.
