About the Position

Vintop Development Corporation is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support its real estate development and marketing activities. The position will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, maintaining relationships with external contacts, supporting promotional activities, and assisting with market research and communications.



Main Duties

- Develop and implement direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing materials and content, including brochures, websites, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain communication and working relationships with real estate agents,



brokerage contacts, property management companies, and other external contacts.
- Coordinate leasing-related communications and the handover and ongoing coordination of the company's properties with property management companies and other service providers.
- Assist with promotional, sponsorship, and corporate events, including preparing related promotional materials.
- Manage advertising schedules, bookings, and other day-to-day marketing activities.

Employment Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
