Position Overview

Our team is currently looking for a C-Field Material Coordinator for one of our clients in the Manufacturing Industry.

The Field Material Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment at construction sites. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving material-related issues.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties

- Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment at construction sites.
- Develop and maintain material tracking systems to monitor inventory levels, deliveries, and usage.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project schedules.
- Inspect incoming materials and equipment for quality and compliance with project specifications and standards.




- Resolve material-related issues and discrepancies, including shortages, damages, and incorrect shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of material transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
- Coordinate material handling and storage activities to ensure safety and efficiency at construction sites.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement personnel.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working as a material coordinator or procurement specialist in the construction or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of material management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with construction materials and equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
