Responsibilities

- Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks to create schematics, system layouts, and construction drawings.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting utilizing MATLAB, Python, and other engineering tools to optimize mechanical performance.
- Oversee construction inspection activities ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards in manufacturing and civil projects.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support maintenance activities by diagnosing mechanical issues, debugging systems, and implementing corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency.




- Collaborate with electrical engineers and civil engineers on integrated system design efforts for oil & gas facilities or other industrial environments.
- Prepare professional presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate project progress, technical findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Experience

- Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field within manufacturing, construction, or product development environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, drafting techniques, and system design principles.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD analysis tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience conducting construction inspections or site visits in civil or industrial projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English
