Full-Time | Busy Family Medical Practice

Our busy medical office is looking for a full-time Patient Runner / Office Assistant to join our fun, friendly, and hardworking team. This is an active, hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our physicians, patients, and clinic running smoothly throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing The Patient Runner works closely with our physicians and MOA team, helping keep patient flow efficient and exam rooms ready throughout the day. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting and bringing patients into exam rooms
- Assisting with patient flow and physician needs
- Completing basic patient measurements such as height, weight, infant checks, and vision testing
- Assisting physicians with procedures and acting as a chaperone when requested
- Setting up supplies for minor procedures and excisions
- Cleaning, packaging, sterilizing, and autoclaving clinic instruments
- Stocking exam rooms, procedure trays, lab supplies, injectables, and other clinical supplies
- Maintaining a clean, organized lab and clinical workspace
- Helping wherever needed to keep the clinic organized and running efficiently

This is a busy, varied role—you won't spend your entire day sitting behind a desk! We are looking for someone who is:

- Able to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative




- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, especially when handling medical supplies and clinical equipment
- Comfortable cleaning and handling medical instruments and assisting with clinical procedures
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Versatile and willing to help where needed

Previous medical office experience is an asset, and experience with Accuro EMR is a definite bonus, but we are especially interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn.

Schedule

This is a full-time position

Hours rotate depending on clinic coverage:

- Opening week: approximately 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Closing week: approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Tuesdays during closing rotation: approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- CLOSED: All Statutory Holidays

Applicants must be comfortable with a rotating schedule and some fluctuation in hours based on clinic needs.
