Role Description The Mental Health Practitioner will provide remote, part time mental health support to individuals using MantraCare’s digital platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards.

The practitioner will collaborate with an AI-enabled system for triage, offer follow-up sessions, and coordinate care as needed with other professionals within the ecosystem. The role also involves monitoring client progress, promoting preventive and holistic mental health practices,



and ensuring services are accessible, culturally sensitive, and aligned with MantraCare’s quality and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mental Health and Mental Health Care, with experience providing direct support or counseling.
- Background in Psychology, including knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and behavioral health interventions.
- Experience in Social Work, focusing on client advocacy, case management, and support within diverse communities.
- Expertise in Community Mental Health, including work with public health programs, community-based services, or vulnerable populations.
- Relevant professional licensure or registration (e.g., psychologist, social worker, counselor, or equivalent) in applicable jurisdictions.
- Ability to deliver care remotely, with proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and person-centered care.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary or technology-enabled healthcare environments is preferred.
