What are your contributions to the team?

- Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and product development projects.
- Act as a change agent in the implementation of new solutions.
- Coordinate strategic and development projects and monitor action plans.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Programs, Materials Logistics, Quality, and Production teams.
- Plan and facilitate governance meetings with key stakeholders.
- Manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project documentation and reporting to provide visibility into project health and performance.




- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address technical and operational challenges.
- Define project requirements, specifications, and technical parameters to be achieved.
- Analyze proposals received from suppliers and partners.
- Develop detailed action plans.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate required tooling modifications and facility layout changes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and manufacturing methods.
- Revise plans as needed to accommodate schedule changes or shifts in strategic direction.

How to thrive in this role?

- College diploma (DEC) in Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, sound judgment, and perseverance.
- Proficient in spoken and written French; English is considered an asset.
