A Taleo client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of a new Student Information System powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online.

Working closely with implementation partners, Business Analysts, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, the Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role will also play an important part in system integrations, technical design, deployment, DevOps, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online solutions
- Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders throughout the Dynamics 365 rollout
- Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications, including .NET-based systems
- Support system configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and technical documentation
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and other enterprise integration technologies
- Implement and support Azure DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management
- Apply security, development, and cloud best practices across Dynamics 365 and Azure environments
- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and technical guidance




- Work closely with Business Analysts and technical team members to ensure solutions align with business and user requirements
- Support system adoption, rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify technical risks, system inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the user experience
- Contribute technical and operational expertise to system planning, enhancements, and optimization

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online development experience
- Experience participating in at least two full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
- Five or more years of professional software development experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
- Solid development experience with C# and .NET technologies
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience developing and supporting REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners

Assets
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience developing external-facing portals using Power Pages and Dynamics 365
- Experience within post-secondary education or Student Information System environments
- Business analysis and system configuration experience
