As a Millwright Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced millwrights and tradespeople to learn the skills of the trade. No prior millwright experience is required—we are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who want to build a long-term career in the trades. For the right candidate, we are willing to support formal training and schooling to help you achieve your millwright certification in the future.

Responsibilities

- Assist journeyperson millwrights with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Learn safe and proper use of hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
- Perform basic mechanical work such as measuring, cutting, and fastening.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure.




- Follow company and site safety policies at all times.

Qualifications:
- No millwright experience required – training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude are an asset.
- Physically fit and able to lift, move, and work with heavy tools/equipment.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
