About Arro Crushing

Arro Crushing is a growing mobile aggregate crushing company serving customers across Ontario.

Our maintenance team supports mobile crushers, excavators, wheel loaders, stackers, trucks, trailers and other heavy equipment. We are looking for a capable, dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing repairs properly and wants to keep developing as a heavy-equipment mechanic.

This is a field-based position. You will travel to crushing sites and work alongside our Maintenance Foreman and production teams to complete repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance.

Schedule and Work Area

Our shop is located in Milverton, with most equipment operating throughout the GTA.

The maintenance team rotates between day and afternoon shifts. Applicants must be willing to work afternoons, longer days and occasional weekends when required.

Compensation and Travel

- $30-$40 per hour, based on experience
- Paid travel time to and from job sites
- Mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for work
- Company vehicles provided whenever possible
- Potential for a dedicated service vehicle based on experience and responsibilities
- Living-out allowance and company-paid accommodations for overnight travel

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
- Repair crushers, conveyors, excavators, loaders and support equipment
- Complete welding and fabrication work when required
- Identify and report additional equipment defects




- Test repairs before returning equipment to service
- Document completed work and communicate repair progress
- Follow company safety, PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
- Keep tools, service vehicles and work areas clean and organized
- Support field breakdowns when required

Qualifications

- Heavy equipment, crushing equipment, agricultural equipment or similar repair experience
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Valid driver’s licence and acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel and work rotating day and afternoon shifts
- Reliable, flexible and able to work well with others

A 421A Heavy Equipment Technician licence and experience with mobile crushing equipment are assets but are not required.
