We are a busy family of five living on a vineyard property in Southeast Kelowna. We own and operate Hidden Vines Family Estate Winery, a family-run winery focused on crafting small-lot wines and creating memorable guest experiences in the heart of the Okanagan. As a hands-on family business, our days are filled with a mix of family life, farming, hospitality, and winery operations.
Schedule
- Sunday afternoons (ongoing)
- 1 to 2 additional afternoons or evenings during the week

Duties
- Facilitate play, outdoor activities, crafts, and other age-appropriate activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with light household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a tidy living space
- Support children with homework, teaching basic skills, and encouraging developmentally appropriate learning
- Manage household supplies and run errands to keep the household running efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers
- Experience working with individuals with ASD kids is highly desirable
- Solid cooking skills to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children and family members
- Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and adaptability in a dynamic household environment
- Teaching experience or background in early childhood education is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must
