The Coordinator, Continuing Care Support Services - Business Development is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support for Business Development team contracted services e.g. Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Medical Clinic sectors. This role supports the development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of service offerings and business initiatives.

The Coordinator serves as a key liaison between clients, pharmacy teams, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring that contracted services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with organizational commitments. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative national team focused on driving innovation, service excellence, and business growth.

:

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, pharmacy teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and service delivery models
- Coordinate implementation activities for new facility business, programs, and service initiatives, including eMAR implementations.
- Support the onboarding and transition process for new clients, ensuring all implementation milestones are met.
- Prepare implementation materials, resource binders, forms, and supporting documentation required for new business initiatives.
- Ensure commitments outlined within service agreements are assigned to the appropriate corporate departments for completion and ongoing management.
- Provide timely communication and follow-up regarding client and pharmacy requests, business initiatives, and service-related issues.
- Assess facility requests for equipment and technology solutions and obtain vendor quotations, coordinate purchasing activities, and monitor equipment delivery.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute resources identified within pharmacy service agreements, including newsletters, educational materials, and client communications
- Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance requests, including arranging service technicians, ordering replacement parts, and following up with clients to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, tracking systems, and business documentation using tools such as Smartsheet, LTC Portal, and shared electronic file systems.




- Receive and review applicable vendor invoices for accuracy and prepare documentation for approval and payment processing.
- Maintain the Medication Standards Manual, including applicable content review, editing, formatting, printing, and distribution
- Manage annual reference text and electronic subscription orders for contracted facilities, including order consolidation, vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and billing management.
- Support the planning and coordination of conferences, trade shows, and other business development events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development Managers as required.
- Serve as point of contact for co-located medical clinic maintenance concerns, while coordinating with property management and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

- Above average customer service skills
- Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheets and Teams is considered an asset.
- Experience with Smartsheet and other project tracking systems is considered an asset.

Education and Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, long-term care, administrative, or related workplace is preferred
- Experience supporting projects, client implementations, or business operations is considered an asset
- Experience using Kroll Pharmacy Management Software is considered an asset

Working Conditions

- Primarily office-based with occasional travel as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Travel of approximately 30% may be required. Participation in conferences, client meetings,



and implementation activities outside normal business hours may also ne necessary.
