Locum with Opportunity of Staying On Beyond!

We are offering an exceptional opportunity to take over an established patient base for a 6 to 9-month locum starting in January 2027, with the option to ramp up earlier alongside the current ND. Longév is known for clinical excellence across hormonal health and bHRT, chronic GI conditions, adjunctive cancer care, metabolic support, and pediatrics (experience with pediatric ADHD and Autism is a valuable asset). While an IV-certified ND is preferred, finding the right overall fit is what matters most to us.

You will step directly into a full caseload with a commitment of 4 shifts per week on a split commission model, with availability for a weekend shift being ideal. We support a seamless mix of in-person and virtual care, providing a fully equipped IV suite, the freedom to use your own Fullscript account, full administrative reception, JaneApp EMR, and active marketing support through clinic newsletters and social media.





Responsibilities include delivering high-standard patient care, interpreting blood work and specialized functional testing, maintaining accurate electronic records, and (if certified) compounding and administering IV therapy protocols.

Applicants must be licensed and in valuable standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CoNO), holding current Prescribing and CPR/AED certifications along with standard liability insurance. Confidence prescribing bHRT is essential, while IV therapy certification and JaneApp experience are strong assets.

Compensation This is a split-percentage position, not a salaried role — you're compensated based on the patients you see, with the clinic retaining a percentage and the remainder paid out to you.
