We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Naturopathic Doctor with a focus in Women's Health to join our boutique multi-disciplinary clinic in the Hydrostone Market in Halifax. In this role, you will provide holistic, patient-centered care that emphasizes natural healing methods and personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will help patients achieve optimal health and well-being through a combination of traditional medicine, lifestyle counseling, and natural therapies.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand health histories, symptoms, and wellness goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing natural therapies, nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, and lifestyle modifications
- Provide expert advice on women's health, ensuring safe and effective natural approaches for women in all stages of life
- Educate patients about medical terminology related to their conditions and treatments to foster understanding and engagement
- Monitor patient progress regularly,
adjusting treatment strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in patient care within a naturopathic or integrative health setting
- Strong knowledge of pediatrics and the unique health considerations for children
- Familiarity with medical terminology used in holistic health practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently while also thriving within a team-oriented team environment
- IV therapy is an asset
