We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. If you have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Perform night audit duties efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism
- Ensure the front desk is organized and presentable
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Address guest concerns and issues promptly and effectively
- Night shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, 5 days a week.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred




- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
