About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and reliable Co-Host to join the Night Fleet team on Friday and Saturday nights.

Your main responsibility will be helping manage and host the Night Fleet booth/table during events. You will welcome guests, help get them seated, introduce people to the group, and make sure the booth stays busy, social, energetic, and lively throughout the night.

The role also includes a sales component, mainly helping promote and sell bottle service to guests who are interested in upgrading their night.

Responsibilities

- Be present at the Night Fleet booth/table throughout the event
- Welcome Night Fleet guests when they arrive
- Help guests get seated and comfortable
- Introduce guests to one another and create a friendly atmosphere
- Keep the booth busy, active, and energetic throughout the night
- Engage with guests and make sure they are having a good experience
- Promote bottle service and help generate bottle sales
- Speak with interested guests about bottle options, table minimums,



and availability
- Identify potential bottle-service customers and help convert inquiries into bookings or sales
- Coordinate with Night Fleet hosts, promoters, and venue staff when necessary
- Maintain a skilled and welcoming Night Fleet presence inside the venue

Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and social personality
- Comfortable approaching and talking to new people
- Comfortable with light sales and promoting bottle service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Familiar with Toronto nightlife is an asset
- Able to work late nights
- Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
- Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality, hosting, sales, promotions, bottle service, or events is an asset but not required

Position Details This is a freelance/independent contractor position primarily for Friday and Saturday night events in Downtown Toronto.

We’re looking for someone who can become a regular part of the Night Fleet hosting team, help create a high-energy experience for our guests, and contribute to growing bottle service sales.

Pay: $20.00-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
