Opportunity The Manager of Community Programs is responsible for the leadership, development, implementation, and ongoing management of community-based services designed to support individuals to remain safely and independently in the community, while reducing avoidable hospital utilization and supporting care closer to home.

Qualifications
- Registered Health Professional (RN, RPN, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist) with current certificate of competence, in good standing, from their respective College.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current certification in BCLS.
- Current member in related professional nursing, interest group, or association.
- Five (5) years progressive leadership experience in community, primary care or long-term care preferred.
- Experience managing within a unionized environment with knowledge of the collective bargaining process.
