Sakhi Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinic as an Aesthetic Medical Director.

Founded by a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room, wellness-IV, and aesthetic-training experience, Sakhi is committed to combining clinical professionalism with warmth, education, and genuine relationship-based care.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who shares our values and is interested in helping build a protected, ethical, and elevated aesthetic and wellness-IV practice.

Scope of this role The Nurse Practitioner in this role will provide clinical leadership and guidance specifically for:

- Medical-aesthetic services, beginning with neuromodulator treatments such as Botox
- Wellness IV therapy and hydration drips
- Client assessment, suitability screening, treatment planning, and follow-up related to aesthetic and wellness-IV services
- Clinical protocols, documentation, consent, emergency preparedness, quality assurance, and staff education related to these services

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical oversight and professional guidance for Sakhi’s aesthetic and wellness-IV services.
- Support the development and review of clinical policies, procedures, screening tools, treatment protocols, informed-consent documents, documentation standards, and emergency response processes.
- Provide or support appropriate client assessments, consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care within the Nurse Practitioner’s scope of practice.
- Guide the clinic team on client suitability, contraindications, escalation pathways, referrals, and safe treatment practices.
- Support safe implementation of neuromodulator services, including Botox,



and future aesthetic-service growth as mutually agreed upon.
- Collaborate with the Sakhi founder to build a respectful, welcoming, client-centred, and safety-first clinic culture.
- Help establish a thoughtful and sustainable foundation for Sakhi’s future growth.

Qualifications

- Current registration and good standing as a Nurse Practitioner in Alberta.
- Professional liability coverage appropriate to the services and responsibilities of the role.
- Medical aesthetics experience, including neuromodulator treatments such as Botox, is strongly preferred.
- Experience with wellness IV therapy, hydration therapy, client assessment, and/or infusion-clinic operations is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of client screening, informed consent, documentation, adverse-event management, and clinical escalation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain treatment options in a clear, respectful, and client friendly way.
- A collaborative, professional, approachable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- A genuine commitment to ethical practice, safety, education, inclusion, and relationship-based care.
