We are looking for reliable, caring, and flexible Early Childhood Educators to join our on‑call team. This role is perfect for educators who enjoy variety, thrive in different environments, and are passionate about supporting children’s growth and development.

What You’ll Do

- Support classrooms across all age groups as needed
- Build positive, responsive relationships with children
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning setting
- Collaborate with educators and follow daily routines
- Step in with professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude

We’re seeking on call educators who bring professionalism, warmth, and a genuine love of working with children. The ideal candidates will have:
- ECE Level 1, 2, or 3
- Experience working with children in group care
- A flexible schedule and the ability to travel to all our Calgary locations




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Up‑to‑date police clearance and First Aid/CPR
- Experience with FLIGHT and Emergent Curriculum (an asset)
- A nurturing personality and a genuine love of children
