Vanier Pharmacy is seeking an Ontario licensed Pharmacist to join our team. As an independent pharmacy located in the heart of residential Vanier, we prioritize high-quality service and building strong relationships with our clients.

- Requirements:
- Active pharmacist license in Ontario
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Duties:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients on proper usage and potential SEs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication histories
- Monitor drug interactions and advise on appropriate interventions
- Oversee medication inventory and ordering processes
