American Process Group, a division of SANEXEN, is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our growing team in Stony Plain, Alberta. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build a career in operations and develop into an operations coordinator role over time. Working closely with our Senior Operations Coordinator and Operations Director, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting equipment logistics, purchasing, scheduling, inventory management, time entry, and operational reporting. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Provide administrative support to the Operations team and assist with daily operational activities.
- Create and process purchase orders, work orders, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate equipment, material, and supply deliveries and pickups between project sites, vendors, and APG facilities.
- Maintain accurate equipment, inventory, maintenance, and operational records.
- Assist with tracking inventory movements, equipment assignments, and material usage.
- Prepare and maintain personnel schedules, equipment utilization schedules, and logistics documentation.
- Complete, review, and submit shop employee timesheets to Payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Obtain supplier quotations, maintain vendor records, and support procurement activities.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and assist with inventory reconciliations.
- Assist with operational cost tracking, invoice processing, and reporting requirements.
- Communicate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors,



and internal departments to support smooth operations.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Approximately 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations support, logistics, or coordination role.
- Experience in construction, industrial services, manufacturing, environmental services, or a trades-related environment is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems such as D365 is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
