Chair Massage ToGo (CMT) is a growing wellness services business focused on delivering convenient chair massage services to corporate workplaces, events, organizations, and other clients.

As CMT continues to expand its partnerships, practitioner network, and operational systems, we are looking for an organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to collaborate with our Operations team.

About the Opportunity

This is an Independent Contractor Collaboration Opportunity.

The Operations Coordinator will support the delivery of CMT services by coordinating between clients and Chair Massage Practitioners and assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Independent contractors manage their own approach to completing their responsibilities. CMT does not provide guaranteed working hours or require a fixed work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate booked chair massage sessions between clients and practitioners
- Help ensure scheduled services are completed smoothly and operational issues are addressed
- Communicate with clients and practitioners regarding schedules, confirmations, changes, and updates
- Follow up after sessions to collect feedback
- Assist with issuing invoices and receipts
- Organize operational documents, records, and files
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Complete assigned responsibilities and provide progress updates based on established KPIs
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Lead and other CMT team members
- Support improvements to operational processes and the overall client and practitioner experience

Students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with relevant skills are welcome to apply, provided they are comfortable working under an independent-contractor arrangement. Compensation & Collaboration Structure

This opportunity does not include guaranteed hours, a salary, or fixed compensation.

Eligible compensation is structured through a revenue-sharing model and is dependent on applicable revenue being generated by CMT. Revenue sharing is calculated and distributed periodically in accordance with CMT's independent-contractor collaboration structure.

Full details regarding eligibility, expectations, responsibilities, and the applicable revenue-sharing arrangement will be provided to selected candidates before entering into an agreement.
