Role Overview:

As a leather care Expert at Brillaré, you will be the knowledgeable skilled responsible for delivering shoe and leather care services. Your expertise will ensure that every item, be it footwear, bags, or leather accessories, is meticulously cleaned, conditioned, polished, and restored to the highest standards.

You will educate customers on proper maintenance techniques and product selection,



share your deep understanding of leather types and care methods, and provide personalized recommendations. Your passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail will help uphold our reputation as a trusted authority in premium shoe and leather maintenance.

The ideal candidate is experienced, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering customer trust, and celebrating the artistry of fine leather goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on shoe and leather care products and techniques.
- Perform high-quality cleaning, polishing, conditioning, and restoration of shoes and leather items.
- Prepare and package customer orders and parcels with care, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding services, product recommendations, and order updates.
- Educate customers on proper leather maintenance and care routines.
- Maintain and utilize proper tools, products, and techniques to ensure optimal results.
- Ensure all services are delivered efficiently while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and best practices in shoe and leather care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.




- Contribute to the overall customer experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
- Assist in inventory management and product stocking as needed.
- Promote and represent Brillaré’s brand and values in every customer interaction.
- Package and fulfill shipment

Qualifications:

- No previous experience required, but interest in shoes, leather, or craftsmanship is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow best practices in shoe and leather care.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Organized with a proactive attitude.
- Passion for craftsmanship, shoes, or leather care is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
