About the Company

PBF Pita Bread Factory specializes in the development and manufacturing of conventional and organic ethnic baked goods including Pita, Tortillas, Bagels, Naan, Pies, Cookies, & Pizza Pretzels. PBF offers branded, private label, and co-packing services to Canadian and US customers.

We are currently looking for a Order Desk/Customer Service Member to join our team.

Order Desk

- Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner - email, phone, fax, & EDI.
- Assist callers with placing orders and general inquiries.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery with company drivers and 3rd party carriers.
- Prepare all necessary documentation to facilitate delivery.
- Coordinate the delivery of samples to customers & events.
- Create appropriate documents for new customers and/or products.

Retail

- Provide break relief for company store staff. Minimum 30 minutes per day.
- Provide assistance to retail staff during peak times.
- Provide vacation coverage for retail staff as required.

Office Admin

- Monitor & order of office & misc. production supplies.
- Coordinate service work for all company copiers.




- All in-bound & out-bound couriers.
- Filing.

Other

- Ad hoc support for Senior Management as required.

Skills and Experience

- High school graduate. Post-secondary an asset.
- Previous order desk and/or retail experience.
- Previous experience utilizing SAP.
- Fluent in English. Other language(s) an asset.
- Ability to handle a large volume of transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to remain composed and communicate professionally.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Work effectively with other members of the company.

Hours

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
