About the Role

OTW Motion is looking for an Organic Growth & Content Intern to help us grow our social media presence and create content for our AI and digital marketing products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, understands online trends, and wants practical experience working with an early-stage business.

You do not need professional experience to apply.

Key Unpaid Internship

This is an unpaid internship.

If you are based in Ontario, Canada, the placement must be eligible as part of a university or college-approved internship, co-op, work-experience, or similar academic program before you can begin.

If you are based outside Ontario, eligibility will depend on the applicable internship and employment rules where you live and perform the internship.

Eligibility will be confirmed before the placement begins.

What You’ll Do

- Research social media trends and content ideas
- Help create TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and short-form content
- Write captions, hooks, and short scripts
- Turn product insights and case studies into social content
- Help schedule and publish content
- Engage with relevant accounts and communities
- Track which posts perform well
- Suggest new content ideas and experiments
- Use AI tools to support research and content creation

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

- Enjoy TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms




- Understand what makes content interesting or shareable
- Like writing, creating content, editing videos, or coming up with ideas
- Are comfortable learning new tools
- Are interested in marketing, startups, AI, or technology
- Can work independently and communicate clearly

Experience with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools is helpful but not required. Students and recent graduates are welcome.
