About GDHQ

Graphics Decal HQ (GDHQ) is a Winnipeg-based promotional products, apparel, signage, and vehicle wrap company. We work with businesses across construction, real estate, transportation, healthcare, and events, and we're growing fast. We're looking for someone who already knows how to sell and wants a real book of business to build.

The Role

This is a full time, in-person Sales Representative role based out of our Winnipeg shop (2095 Logan Ave). You'll be doing outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to build new business across our target industries, working quotes through our CRM, and closing deals, with a clear commission structure.

What You'll Do

- Outbound prospecting: calls, emails, and in-person walk-ins to new business accounts.
- Run the full sales cycle; first contact through quote through close.
- Log every interaction in our CRM same-day, and respond to every lead, whether you sourced it yourself or it's handed to you, within the same business day.
- Work assigned verticals and territories.




- Hit monthly sales targets and report progress weekly.

What We Need

- 1+ years of experience in outbound or closing sales (B2B preferred, but strong retail/inside-sales closers welcome to apply).
- Comfortable on the phone and in person; you can handle an objection without a script in front of you.
- Self-starter who can build and run their own pipeline, not just work leads handed to you.
- Reliable transportation for in-person client visits.
- Based in or willing to work from Winnipeg, MB (in-shop role, not remote).

Compensation

Base + Commission. Full structure — base, commission rates, and how they apply — walked through in detail during the interview process.
