- Must have min. 1 year experience with painting/finishing
- Be able to shape, finish, and refinish damaged, worn, or used furniture or new high-grade furniture to specified color or finish
- Apply spray sealer and top coats.
- Apply spray stains and wipe stains.
- Match stains and finishes to custom colors.
- Perform quality checks according to quality standards.
- Maintain basic preventive maintenance on spray booths and equipment.
- Keep work area neat and clean according to company standards.
- Work safely and follows all company rules and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis; will ask for assistance for lifting or moving heavier items
- Ability to understand and follow construction drawings
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
