Overview

TDS is currently seeking a Paralegal in Corporate Commercial. This position will primarily support the efforts of the Corporate Commercial lawyers at the firm, assisting with the completion of Financing documents, Securities opinions, Limited Partnership matters and providing subject-matter expertise in corporate searches, filings, and documents.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting is a key part of the secured financing transactions group on all facets of secured financing transactions, including, but not limited to, preparing loan security, and supporting documentation,



conducting due diligence searches, and completing due diligence reports, reviewing, and registering security, including in land titles and the personal property registry and all correspondence and ancillary communications.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated and capable of managing a high number of tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, with a mature, positive attitude and solid work ethic in a fast-paced, professional environment, is a must. To succeed as a paralegal in this role, you must also possess the ability to prioritize, have superior organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
