Olly Cleaning Service (SkyeFift Inc.) is a professional, woman-owned cleaning company serving institutional and residential clients across Winnipeg. We work with Manitoba Housing and other established property management clients, delivering high-quality cleaning and turnover services.

We are hiring 2-3 reliable, hard-working Part-Time Cleaners to join our growing team on a piece-rate basis.

What You'll Do

- Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments and townhouses (turnover cleaning)
- Complete pre-cleaning and post-cleaning services for institutional properties
- Apply strip-and-wax floor treatments (training provided if needed)
- Take before-and-after photos for quality documentation
- Report completion via WhatsApp or email
- Follow standardized cleaning checklists and quality standards

What We Pay (Piece-Rate) You are paid per completed unit — the more you clean, the more you earn. Typical rates:

- Pay every 2 weeks via direct deposit

Realistic Earnings:

- Working 20-30 hours per week: $500-$1,000+ bi-weekly
- Working full time equivalent: $1,500-$2,500+ bi-weekly

Important Note About Pay: This position is paid on a piece-rate basis (per completed unit), not hourly. The hourly ranges shown ($18-$28/hr) represent the typical hourly-equivalent earnings based on our piece-rate structure. Actual hourly earnings depend on how efficiently you work and how many units you complete.

Manitoba minimum wage ($15.80/hour) is guaranteed regardless of piece-rate output.

Typical bi-weekly earnings range from $500-$1,500+ depending on hours worked and units completed.

What We're Looking For

Required:

- ✅ Own reliable vehicle (Winnipeg jobs, multiple locations)
- ✅ Valid Manitoba driver's license




- ✅ Legal right to work in Canada (SIN required)
- ✅ Physical stamina (bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for hours)
- ✅ Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- ✅ Reliable smartphone for photo documentation
- ✅ Available for scheduled work with 24-48 hour notice
- ✅ Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Preferred (Not Required):

- ✅ Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
- ✅ WHMIS 2015 certification (we can help arrange if needed)
- ✅ Experience with strip-and-wax floor treatments
- ✅ Multi-language ability (English required, additional languages an asset)
- ✅ Bondable/clean background check
