Scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday every week and Statutory holidays. There is a possibility of job share for Monday.

Responsibilities

- daily meal preparation for 30+ residents
- purchasing within a reasonable budget
- monitors food quality and cost control
- addresses the nutritional needs of the residents
- addresses the residents food preferences when possible
- ensures all practices conform with Food Safe guidelines
- maintains the kitchen to government standards
- communicates regularly with the full time Chef
- supports a sense of community in conjunction with all staff
- maintains owner and staff confidentiality
- preforms all work within the standards of Nova Pacific Care Inc.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $26.19 per hour
