Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Assist with food handling procedures, ensuring all ingredients are stored and used safely according to health regulations
- Support the team in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests




- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or team members as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience working in a quick-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Robust understanding of the food industry standards for quality and safety
