We're seeking an efficient and enthusiastic individual to join our team! The right candidate will be responsible for co-managing a busy office environment by completing a wide range of administrative tasks. A successful candidate will be able to multi-task with ease and offer superior customer service with a smile. We're looking for a long-term Office Administrator candidate with solid organizational skills, a fondness for detail and the ability to work as a team player.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Welcome new and existing patients in a warm, friendly and approachable manner
- Bring patients to appropriate treatment rooms
- Clean and prepare treatment rooms after each patient
- Receive phone calls and be able to prioritize calls and real-time patient interaction
- Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting credit and debit payments
- Handle cash and balance transactions daily
- Organize and schedule appointments for multiple practitioners
- Create and maintain filing, both electronic and paper
- Operate computer to access electronic medical records, schedules and other basic office support software
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning,
etc.
- Handle confidential health information in a professional manner
- Bill/invoice insurance companies for motor vehicle accident claims
- Oversee worker's compensation claims and billings
- Perform daily office cleaning, laundry and restocking of supplies
You have:

- Great communication skills (written & verbal) and be comfortable discussing financials with patients
- Physical capabilities to move quickly from the desk to treatment rooms for each patient
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- A solid work ethic; positive, client focused attitude; dependability and reliability; commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Adaptable and able to accept new challenges

- Flexibility to cover vacation for other administrators
