Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, confident and motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to join our growing home services team.

The primary focus of this position will be door-to-door sales, speaking directly with homeowners to introduce our company, promote our services and generate recent business.

This is a part-time position offering an hourly rate plus commission, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Visit residential neighbourhoods and speak directly with homeowners
- Introduce the company and explain our home-service offerings
- Generate interest in our services and identify potential customer needs
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Provide information about available services and promotions
- Collect customer information for estimates and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions
- Work toward sales and lead-generation goals
- Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous sales, door-to-door sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Friendly,

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
- Comfortable walking for extended periods
- Able to handle rejection positively and move on to the next opportunity

- Previous experience in home services or a service-based business is an asset
