Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery of orders




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with basic food preparation or setup when needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods while ensuring quality service

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plu
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines diligently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food handling, serving, cashiering or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and restaurant operations
