SUMMARY

UNITE Partnerships is a leading property-side sponsorship agency. We represent Canada’s top Sport and Entertainment organizations, enabling them to unlock the full value of their platforms through meaningful, strategic brand partnerships. This work shapes the sports, music and community events that Canadians love. We’re looking for a Partnership Coordinator to support both the sales and servicing of these impactful partnerships.

ABOUT UNITE PARTNERSHIPS

We are the agency of record for some some of the country’s largest national sport organizations (Hockey Canada, Curling Canada), its biggest music industry event (the JUNO Awards), and high-profile BC properties like the PNE, Mobi by Rogers, and Canada’s largest running race – the iconic Vancouver Sun Run. At the heart of our ethos lies a profound belief in the transformative power of partnerships – a conviction that well-crafted partnerships not only benefit brands and properties, but also enrich the fans and communities they touch.

Our small but mighty team is headquartered in Vancouver with a presence in Toronto. We believe in hiring for culture-fit and growth potential. We are excitedly looking for an up-and-coming sponsorship professional who will thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, while being mentored by some of the country’s foremost experts in sponsorship and property-side representation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll have a dual focus on both partner servicing and sales. While wearing your Servicing hat, your primary focus will be supporting the Vancouver Sun Run’s portfolio of partners which includes leading national and multinational brands like Herbaland Naturals, Red Bull, Subaru and EVA Air to name a few. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new partners, empowering them to activate their sponsorships for maximum impact, and reporting on results.

This is a customer-facing role that requires great people skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen interest in the latest and greatest sponsorship activation strategies.

While wearing your Sales hat, your focus will be bringing on new partners for the Vancouver Sun Run Expo, and in time, supporting sales for clients across the agency. You’ll be responsible for the entire Expo sales cycle, including identifying new partners, developing sales material as needed, and pitching the opportunity. The Expo has significant growth potential,

and this is a great chance to flex your entrepreneurial muscles.

As a nimble team of five, we all wear different hats at different times. The Partnerships Coordinator will also frequently wear their Marketing hat: we’ll look to you to help keep our marketing initiatives humming across key channels like our website, LinkedIn and e-mail. Bonus points if you’ve got ideas on how to drive inbound leads, grow our follower base, or drive awareness of Unite Partnerships amongst key decision makers.
