Reliable behind the wheel? Organized, professional and ready to be part of a busy automotive team? Woodbine Nissan is looking for a dependable and professional full-time Automotive Parts Driver to join our Parts Department.

This is an important role within our dealership. Our Parts Driver helps keep our customers, wholesale partners and internal teams moving by ensuring automotive parts are picked up and delivered safely, accurately and on time.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in being reliable, represents the dealership professionally and understands that great customer service doesn't stop at the Parts counter.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Automotive Parts Driver, you'll work closely with the Woodbine Nissan Parts team to coordinate daily deliveries and pickups throughout the local area.

Your responsibilities will include

- Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers, repair facilities and other business partners.
- Pick up parts, returns and other dealership-related items as required.
- Verify parts and orders before leaving the dealership to help ensure delivery accuracy.
- Load and unload automotive parts safely and carefully.
- Obtain required signatures, delivery confirmations and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups and returns.
- Communicate with the Parts Department regarding delivery status, delays or customer requests.
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and business partners.
- Handle automotive parts and packages with care to prevent damage.
- Assist the Parts Department with organizing,



moving and preparing orders when required.
- Help maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Follow safe driving practices, dealership policies and all applicable traffic laws.
- Immediately report any vehicle concerns, accidents or delivery issues to management.
- Assist the Parts team with additional duties as required.

What We're Looking For

The right person for this role is dependable, punctual and comfortable working independently while remaining an important part of a larger dealership team.

Successful candidates will have

- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities throughout the day
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic ability to complete and maintain delivery documentation
- Familiarity with the GTA and surrounding road network is considered an asset
- Previous automotive, dealership, delivery or Parts Department experience is considered an asset, but not required
