Responsibilities The Parts Counter Associate is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers and internal departments. Key responsibilities include:

- Source and sell parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and generate customer quotes and estimates as required.
- Receive, load, and unload incoming and outgoing parts shipments.
- Verify packing slips, invoices, and shipping documents to ensure all shipments are complete and accurate.
- Maintain the retail floor space, parts displays, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
- Assist with inventory control, including stock counts, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers and co-workers at all times.




- Support service technicians and sales staff with parts requests and order fulfillment as needed

Experience & Skills

- Strong computer skills; experience with Keystone is considered an asset
- Ability to interpret equipment diagrams to assist in identifying required parts
- Ability to lift heavy parts and components (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift experience preferred

Additional Requirements Applicants must have a clean driving record and be available to work rotating Saturday mornings.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive wage package, including benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Wage Range:

- $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be considered outside of the posted wage range.
