Duties

- Process payroll using various accounting software and HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Perform data entry for employee hours, wages, deductions, and benefits with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile payroll accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable related to payroll transactions, ensuring timely payments and record accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, employee information, and tax filings in compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with human resources to update employee data,



benefits enrollment, and compliance documentation.
- Generate reports for management analysis on payroll costs, tax liabilities, and audit requirements using tools like ADP or Kronos.

Requirements

- Proven experience with payroll processing using systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Ceridian.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and payroll regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software including QuickBooks or similar platforms.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure error-free records.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
- Understanding of human resources processes related to payroll administration.
- Analytical skills to interpret payroll data and identify trends or discrepancies quickly.
