Duties

- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance coverage options, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, utilizing bilingual communication skills when necessary.
- Manage all sales administration tasks efficiently, including documentation, follow-ups, and updating client records accurately.




- Negotiate policy terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and offering ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes, share market insights, and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in telemarketing or direct outreach efforts that resulted in increased sales volume.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in sales negotiation, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems is preferred.
