We constantly seek new ideas and creative ways to deliver the best possible programs and services. THE ROLE Where fitness matters! As part of a dynamic and dedicated team, as a Personal Trainer (Fitness and Sports Instructor), you will have the chance to lead Fitness, Sports and Aquatics programs for a very highly motivated and professional clientele.
Daily, you will develop, deliver and assess exercise programs for civilian members to help them reach their fitness and health goals. Working with us, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver programs and services that are grounded in cutting edge scientific research and supported by state-of-the-art technology.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses College diploma in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Sciences, or a related field (OR An acceptable combination of education, training,
and/or experience will also be considered) Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate In preparing and conducting physical fitness training sessions In instructing health and physical fitness training modules In applying policies, procedures, and regulations In evaluating physical fitness In officiating at least three sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, racquet sports, and hockey I n coaching sports LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential Healthcare spending account, virtual care (telemedicine), Employee and Family Assistance Program and mental health support. Payment of professional association memberships, online learning opportunities including a LinkedIn Learning subscription and second language training.
