In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership in cultivated giving strategies and serve as the primary resource for our Planned Giving initiatives.

Working alongside Development colleagues, you'll identify and steward prospects to secure significant funding that supports AGO’s mission. Your contribution will help enrich artistic and cultural experiences while ensuring the AGO’s sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Planned Giving strategy and program operations
- Build and manage a legacy giving pipeline
- Develop donor recognition and stewardship plans




- Collaborate on integrated major gift strategies
- Guide colleagues on effective gift planning Requirements:
- Extensive experience in fundraising, especially planned giving
- Comprehensive understanding of related tax regulations
- Skilled in relationship management and donor engagement
- Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in utilizing donor database systems Elevate AGO's fundraising efforts by guiding the Planned Giving program, cultivating donor relationships, and ensuring impactful philanthropy.
