Rally at Sherwood Village is looking for a Club Level Coach to help grow our community of players — from total beginners picking up a paddle for the first time to competitive members sharpening their game. If you love the sport, enjoy teaching, and want to be part of a fast-growing club with a robust social culture, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Lead our Learn & Play lessons, teaching fundamentals (grip, footwork, dinking, third-shot drop, strategy) to players of all skill levels
- Run Learn & Play Tournament sessions for corporate events, birthday parties, etc., and keeping the format fun and competitive
- Support group clinics, junior programming, and private lesson bookings
- Help plan and run club events, open plays, and skill-based socials
- Provide friendly, approachable coaching that keeps members coming back — teaching ability matters as much as playing level
- Give feedback to the Rally team on programming ideas and member engagement

What we're looking for




- Pickleball Canada / Tennis Canada TPA Level 1 - Instructor certification required
- Experience playing and/or coaching pickleball (certification a plus, not required)
- Comfortable teaching all levels, from first-timers to 4.0+ players
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely welcoming, patient teaching style
- Reliable availability for a flexible, contract-based schedule (daytime/evenings/weekends in demand)
- Bonus: experience with tournaments, junior coaching, or building a client base of private lesson students
