Clydesdale Inn Pizza is part of Clydesdale Inn, a local hospitality business featuring a pub, pizza kitchen, liquor store, and hotel. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
- Ensure pizzas are properly cooked and consistently prepared
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Prepare ingredients and assist with general kitchen duties
- Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain proper food portions and quality standards
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Pizza Cook
- Valid FoodSafe Certificate required




- Previous restaurant, pub, or commercial kitchen experience is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Valuable attention to food quality and cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
