Duties

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with attention to detail and cleanliness
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, ensuring consistency and presentation
- Operate pizza ovens and cooking equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
- Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Assist in stocking ingredients, managing inventory, and rotating supplies to minimize waste
- Support food service staff by providing timely assistance during busy periods
- Follow all food safety protocols,



including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls

Experience

- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices in kitchen environments
- Experience with meal preparation, especially in a fast-paced restaurant or pizzeria setting
- Familiarity with serving customers and supporting food service operations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Kitchen experience involving the use of commercial cooking equipment is highly desirable
