Job Overview

We are looking for a Portfolio & Intake Analyst to join our team and support end-to-end intake, prioritization, governance, and executive reporting across key commercial banking initiatives.

The Role: Manage the integrated intake pipeline, analyze portfolio demand and capacity, and prepare executive-level governance packages and dashboards to drive strategic decision-making.

Experience Required: 4–7 years in PMO, portfolio management, or intake/demand analysis, with a robust background in financial services/commercial banking.

Key Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, hands-on experience with PMO tools (such as Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow, or Clarity), and strong stakeholder management skills.

Environment Experience: Prior experience in a major Canadian banking environment is required.

Pay: $48.00-$52.00 per hour
