Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed or renovated commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Remove construction debris, dust, and leftover materials from all surfaces and floors to meet cleanliness standards
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and hardware to ensure a polished appearance
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety regulations
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers or site supervisors to prioritize cleaning tasks based on project timelines
- Conduct final walkthroughs to verify that all areas are spotless and ready for client handover or occupancy
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with post construction cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing extra care
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for timely completion of assigned tasks
