Lead power and distribution operations at Baffinland’s Mary River Mine. This role demands a focus on electrical utilities, ensuring high availability and compliance with regulations. As a Power and Distribution Superintendent, you will report directly to the Department Manager.

Your responsibilities encompass designing and coordinating operations and maintenance of essential electrical equipment. You'll lead a dedicated team, providing valuable insights for troubleshooting and ensuring budget efficiency while enhancing the overall performance of the operation. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain electrical utilities for optimal power availability
- Lead hiring, set objectives, and evaluate team performance




- Support troubleshooting of equipment issues with technical insights
- Manage department budget and forecast operating costs
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators for operations Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Certified Skilled Engineer or CET certification
- 5+ years as an Electrical supervisor or Superintendent
- 10+ years in the electrical trade
