We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete technician to join our dynamic precast producer team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with various concrete-related tasks in indoor workshop, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to building durable, high-quality structures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble molds for precast concrete components using wood, steel, or fiberglass.
- Apply release agents and ensure molds are clean and properly aligned before pouring.
- Mix and pour concrete according to specified ratios and quality standards.
- Use vibration and compaction techniques to eliminate air pockets and ensure uniformity.
- Monitor curing process and maintain required temperature and moisture conditions.
- Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment and comply with all safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 90 lb regularly.
- Experience in mold making and concrete pouring for precast products (preferred).
- Knowledge of concrete properties, curing techniques, and finishing methods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and handling heavy materials.
