Company Overview: 360 Mobile Wash is a leader in the pressure washing industry, proudly serving Truro, HRM, and surrounding areas. Our specialties include heavy equipment pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas light hanging, window washing, truck fleet washing, and more. We are seeking motivated and skilled Lead Technicians to join our growing team.
Position: Lead Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of services, including pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
- Drive to and from job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
- Oversee daily maintenance and operation of equipment.
- Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with local facilities.
- Complete daily checklists and manage client relations, handling customer service situations promptly.
- Utilize routing and CRM software for effective client and employee management.

- An above-level of comfort with heights. You will work from roofs and ladders on occasion. This is a must.
Work Schedule:
- Regular Season Hours: Five-day work week, ranging from 35-50 hours. Tuesday-Saturday, with the occasional Saturday off. Currently we are looking to hire for a part timer which will turn into a full time role next year, or you can remain as a part timer.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $23.00 per hour during a three-month probationary period, based on skill set and experience.
- Post-probation: Wage increase based on performance, starting at $23-$26 per hour plus bonuses. (Bonuses are anywhere from $50-$100 extra per week).
- Additional raises and bonuses will be awarded based on performance and skill development.
Work Location: On the road Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
